BYD's intelligent driving includes the full-stack self-developed Eye of the Gods and the cooperative solution Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving. Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Driving ADS 3.0 has been first installed on the Fangcheng Leopard 8, and has launched high-speed lane cruise assist, high-speed intelligent driving pilot assist, urban intelligent driving pilot assist (realizing end-to-end human-like intelligent driving, navigating along intersections, automatic lane changes, and on and off ramps in complex urban areas; it can autonomously adjust speed, flexibly detour and avoid obstacles), smart parking assist, valet parking assist, etc.
The self-developed Eye of God is also classified, and will be divided into three levels: Eye of God A, Eye of God B, and Eye of God C. It will also be emphasized on the tail label of the vehicle. For example, A corresponds to Eye of God + yellow tail label, B corresponds to red tail label, and C corresponds to blue tail label. In terms of vehicle classification, Eye of God A will be installed on Yangwang brand models and will be equipped with three laser radars. Eye of God B will mainly be installed on BYD brand models, and will also appear on some BYD high-end models, and will be equipped with a single laser radar. Eye of God C will be mainly used on BYD brand Dynasty Network and Ocean Network models, and will be equipped with three cameras.
Specifically, the Eye of God B corresponds to the previous DiPilot 300, and will be equipped with an NVIDIA Orin X chip with a computing power of 254 TOPS, a 96-beam laser radar, 13 cameras in the whole car (including a front three-eye 8-megapixel camera, four high-definition surround cameras, four side cameras, a rear camera, and an in-car camera), 5 millimeter-wave radars, and 12 ultrasonic radars. It will support urban intelligent driving and high-speed navigation (highways and expressways). For example, the Tang DM (parameters | inquiry) -i laser radar version, urban navigation includes traffic light recognition and countdown, game passage, full-scene detour and courtesy, roundabout driving, intelligent courtesy to large vehicles, light and dark alternating backlight glare, lane line confusion/lane line-free road passage, NOA downgrade ACC/ACC automatically restore NOA, etc. It can also realize parking in unpainted space parking spaces and self-selected parking spaces.
The Eye of God C corresponds to the previous DiPilot 100, adopts a pure visual intelligent driving solution, equipped with an NVIDIA Orin N chip, a computing power of 84 TOPS, 12 cameras throughout the vehicle (including a front three-eye 8-megapixel camera, four high-definition surround cameras, four side cameras, and a rear camera), 5 millimeter-wave radars, and 12 ultrasonic radars. The Eye of God C has a 5R12V solution and has three major capabilities: intelligent driving, intelligent parking, and active safety. The Eye of God C will support high-speed navigation (highways and expressways), and can control the vehicle to achieve high-speed navigation (intelligent assisted driving on highways and expressways) according to the navigation route. It can complete large curvature curves, cone barrel obstacle avoidance, automatic on and off ramps, autonomous overtaking/lane changes, and courtesy of large vehicles, etc., and can also realize lever lane changes. It also has automatic parking, valet parking, and city memory driving functions (OTA upgrade before the end of the year). Memory Navigation MNOA is suitable for high-frequency travel routes such as commuting to get off work, and can complete functions such as traffic light start and stop, complex intersection passing, automatic overtaking, full-scene detour courtesy, game lane change, etc. In addition, the Eye of God C also improves the vehicle's safety configuration, including AEB automatic emergency braking (stable braking at 100km/h, and the AEB capability of 120km and 140km/h will be gradually released in the future), front and rear collision warning, blind spot monitoring, door opening reminder, lane departure reminder, etc.
